What is written here is the same as what the service says inside itself, and the same as what stands in the offer, section 9.
The service does not process personal data
Neither first name, nor surname, nor phone number, nor email, nor the number of your messenger account.
Only a pseudonym goes into the database — an irreversible fingerprint of the account identifier, computed with a local secret. Recovering the account from it is impossible: there is no inverse function.
The correspondence between the pseudonym and the real identifier lives separately, on our own server, and never travels to the cloud database.
What is stored
- Your texts — 30 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
- The structure of a breakdown, the marks, the statistics and the records of your state — these stay: the dynamics rests on them.
- The database holds nothing that would allow the records to be tied to you personally.
Where the text goes
The text is sent to an external provider of language models — with no identifiers of any kind. Links are stripped out of the text before sending.
What payment changes
The payment goes through a payment service. It asks for an email address or a phone number, on its own page, in order to send you a receipt. They reach us as part of the payment record.
They serve exactly three things: the receipt, the accounting of the payment and a possible refund. They are never tied to the content of your texts and never enter the service database.
Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Deleting data by means of the service does not touch them: a payment document cannot be deleted.
If you never pay, none of this exists at all.
Deletion
The /wipe command inside the service erases your records and shows how many: texts, breakdowns, marks, raids, statistics.
Deleting data is not a termination of the contract and does not mean any money is returned.
A few things stay, and all of them are facts about your standing rather than data about you: the seat number issued to you, the editions of the documents you accepted, the marks for one-time credits, and the closing of access for breaking the rules. Otherwise wiping a profile would lift a closed access and hand out a seat number a second time.
Cookies
This site uses no cookies, no analytics counters and no external fonts. It collects nothing and passes nothing on.
