Payment and refunds

What is paid for is access to the DeadEnd.Pod game service in the Telegram messenger. There is no physical product and no delivery.

Briefly and in plain language. Legal force belongs to the Russian public offer; this page retells it and does not contradict it. Where they differ, the Russian text prevails.

How to pay

The service accepts USDT in the TRC-20 network. The amount and the address are shown on the payment screen in the bot. The network fee is paid by the buyer.

Card payment for the English sector is being connected. When it appears, it will be named on the payment screen.

Price

Founder access — $59.90, a single payment. A pack of 233 Computations — $23.30. Both are paid in USDT, at 59.90 and 23.30. What is included is on the Tariffs page.

There are no subscriptions and no automatic charges. The money is taken once, for what you chose.

Receipts

The seller applies the special tax regime "professional income tax" of the Russian Federation. No cash register is used.

A receipt is issued in the manner set out by Federal Law 422-FZ of 27 November 2018 and is sent to the buyer electronically or provided as a link.

When payment is made by a Russian bank card, the receipt is issued and the details of the settlement are reported to the tax authority by the payment service, acting as an authorised operator of the electronic platform. It asks for an email address or a phone number for that, on its own page.

When payment is made in cryptocurrency, the payment service is not an authorised operator and issues no such receipt. The seller accounts for those settlements independently. No personal data is needed for this, and the payment page asks for none.

When the service counts as delivered

At the moment access opens. That happens automatically, right after the payment arrives.

The service is a one-time act: the obligation is fulfilled by providing access rather than by the passing of time. It has no term. Using or not using the access afterwards therefore has no bearing on the fact that it was delivered.

The service can be evaluated before paying and for free — that is what the TRIAL-PERIOD is for, and the decision to buy is made after it.

Refunds

Money paid is returned in the following cases:

• a double or erroneous charge — the excess is returned;
• the payment went through and access did not open through our fault and has not been restored within 3 working days of your telling us;
• the service is unavailable through our fault for more than 14 days in a row;
• the service shuts down within 14 days of the date of payment.

In other cases the money paid is not returned: the service was delivered in full at the moment access opened.

The following are not grounds for a refund: disagreeing with the content of a result, choosing to stop using the service, a change of plans or expectations, deleting your own data by means of the service, or access being closed for breaking the rules.

The service does not promise any particular content of a result, and the chance to see how it works is given before payment.

How to ask for a refund

By writing to <a href="mailto:hello@deadend.space">hello@deadend.space</a> or through "Report a problem" inside the service itself.

In the request, give the date and the amount of the payment, the payment method and a way to reach you.

The request is considered within 10 working days. The refund is made by the same method the payment was made, unless the technical limits of the payment service require otherwise.

A refund means access ends.

Payments in cryptocurrency

A cryptocurrency transaction is irreversible. A refund on the grounds above is made by a transfer to an address named by the buyer, less the network fees. By choosing this payment method the buyer accepts that limitation.

The contract

The contract is concluded under the law of the Russian Federation. The binding text is the Russian public offer; this page is a translation of its substance for convenience and has no independent legal force.
